Breakfast of Heaven

Today I want to share my favourite french toast recipe with you! It’s super delicious and I don’t think there is anyone out there who could resist its taste. Also did I mention that it’s also vegan? So it’s basically for everyone which is always great.
What do you need?
• 8 slices of Toast
•~100g vegan dark chocolatecream
• 240g oat cream (or soy cream)
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 pinch of salt
•~2 flat tbsp sugar
• 50g spelt flour
• 3 tbsp margarine or coconutoil
• maple syrup
• whatever fruits you prefer
Firstly wash all your fruits and slice them into nice bites.
After that take a blat bowl or a low plate and blend the oat cream with the vanilla, cinnamon, salt, sugar and flour.
Then apply chocolate cream on top of four of the toast slices and put the other four on top of them.
Heat up one tbsp of the magarine or coconutoil in a pan. Pull one of the toasts through your dough and frie it a few minutes on every side, till it’s golden and crispy. Carry on with the other toasts.
If you want you can now slice the toasts into halfs and arrange them nicely with the fruits. Sprinkle with maple sirup and tadaa!
A delightful and tasty breakfast is ready to be served.
